The Alliance Membership is established to engage the scientist and coastal environmental managers in the region in the ACT enterprise.  The membership also includes private sector interests in sensor development and commercialization.  It is hoped that the regional Alliance Membership will not only provide a mechanism for communicating the ACT program nationally, but will also serve as a means to enhance networking of the various groups in the region.  Current members are:
